These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pancalc.com and related services operated by pancalc (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms are provided in English only. Translated site content does not create a separate localized version of these Terms.

The service

pancalc provides free online calculators, explanatory articles, a blog, on-site search, optional favorites and saved calculations stored locally in your browser, shareable calculator links, and embeddable calculator widgets. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

Your data and share links

Favorites and saved calculations are stored only on your device. You are responsible for information you choose to share through share links or other means.

Third-party services and links

The site may display third-party advertisements and link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANCALC AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO) OR (B) USD $100.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and pancalc regarding the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of pancalc, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
